The Mighty Sea God Neptune

Well - not quite as 'mighty' as he once was. He still has some of his powers and gets the odd bit of Mermaid attention but nowadays he prefers the quiet life.
He can get quite annoyed when called out to emergencies like; no loo roll on the Giddy Kipper!
